Account Manager

>5 years of experience 

Requirement:

  1. Minimum diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, or Professional Certificate in accounting/Finance or equivalent.

  2. Professional qualification from recognized body (LCCI, ACCA, CIMA, etc.) is advantageous.

  3. At least 5 years of experience in the related field.

  4. Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and Accounting Systems.

  5. Ability to work independently and resourcefully.

  6. Strong multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines.

  7. Effective communication skills.

  8. Hardworking, willing to learn, and self-motivated.

  9. Capable of producing accurate work within deadlines.

  10. Willingness to perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.​​

Scope of Work:

  1. Review tax returns prepared by external tax agent firm for accuracy.

  2. Ensure accounting records comply with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.

  3. Prepare bank reconciliation, intercompany, suppliers’, and customers’ reconciliation.

  4. Liaise with external parties such as Company Secretary, Tax Agents, Indirect Tax Custom, Bankers, Auditor for statutory reports.

  5. Prepare tax estimation and liaise with tax authorities for queries and timely tax installment payments.

  6. Liaise with internal parties for supplier’s/contractor’s payment preparation/check.

  7. Undertake any other tasks and assignments directed by Management.

  8. Manage full set accounts of assigned companies, including budgeting and monthly financial reporting.

  9. Maintain effectiveness of accounting/financial systems.

Account Executive

>3 years of experience 

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, or Professional Certificate in accounting/Finance or equivalent.

  • Professional qualification from recognized body (LCCI, ACCA, CIMA, etc.) is advantageous.

  • At least 3 years of experience in the related field.

  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and Accounting Systems.

  • Ability to work independently and resourcefully.

  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines.

  • Effective communication skills.

  • Hardworking, willing to learn, and self-motivated.

  • Capable of producing accurate work within deadlines.

Account Admin

>1.5 years of experience 

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, or Professional Certificate in accounting/Finance or equivalent.

  • At least 1.5 years of experience in the related field.

  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and Accounting Systems.

  • Ability to work independently and with attention to detail.

  • Effective communication skills.

  • Hardworking, willing to learn, and self-motivated.

  • Capable of producing accurate work within deadlines.

  • Willingness to perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Scope of Work:

  • Assist in maintaining accounting records and ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.

  • Support in preparing bank reconciliation, intercompany, suppliers’, and customers’ reconciliation.

  • Coordinate with external parties such as Company Secretary, Tax Agents, Indirect Tax Custom, Bankers, Auditor for administrative tasks.

  • Aid in any other administrative tasks and assignments directed by Management.
