Account Manager
>5 years of experience
Requirement:
-
Minimum diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, or Professional Certificate in accounting/Finance or equivalent.
-
Professional qualification from recognized body (LCCI, ACCA, CIMA, etc.) is advantageous.
-
At least 5 years of experience in the related field.
-
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and Accounting Systems.
-
Ability to work independently and resourcefully.
-
Strong multitasking skills and ability to meet deadlines.
-
Effective communication skills.
-
Hardworking, willing to learn, and self-motivated.
-
Capable of producing accurate work within deadlines.
-
Willingness to perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.​​

Scope of Work:
-
Review tax returns prepared by external tax agent firm for accuracy.
-
Ensure accounting records comply with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.

Prepare bank reconciliation, intercompany, suppliers’, and customers’ reconciliation.
-
Liaise with external parties such as Company Secretary, Tax Agents, Indirect Tax Custom, Bankers, Auditor for statutory reports.
-
Prepare tax estimation and liaise with tax authorities for queries and timely tax installment payments.
-
Liaise with internal parties for supplier’s/contractor’s payment preparation/check.
-
Undertake any other tasks and assignments directed by Management.
-
Manage full set accounts of assigned companies, including budgeting and monthly financial reporting.

Maintain effectiveness of accounting/financial systems.
Account Executive
>3 years of experience
Requirements:
